Stakeholder engagement and leadership are areas he has excelled in with a keen interest in bringing both greenfield and brownfield projects to profitable statuses.
An industrial engineer by training, focusing on earth moving equipment maintenance, supply chain and business improvement strategies. Recently, he has spend the last 7 years with Basil Read Mining division, responsible for providing equipment reliabilities and improvement opportunities to ensure safe and profitable delivery of mining projects. Engagement with major mining OEMs in the pursuit of maximum equipment performance and commercially sound contract agreements.
