MEMSA works extensively to structure a competitive advantage for South African Mining Equipment Manufacturers by providing access to key markets and championing existing and future local technology and innovation. Innocent Masinga is the CEO and Founder of Paramount Tracks and Equipment. He is also the chairman and co-founder of Raptor Mining Services.
He began his career, earlier on with Barloworld Equipment and the Caterpillar Mining Division where his knowledge and experience were obtained. He has developed extensive business acumen comprising of strategic business knowledge focused on commercial performance, strategy, planning, risk management, technical and heavy plant engineering, operations, and strong leadership. He has professional qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering and a BCom Degree.
